HOW TO MAKE HOJICHA

Put tea leaves into tea pot - 5g for 2 cups.

 

*Around 150ml per cup

*5g = 2tbsp

Pour 95°C / 203F hot water into tea pot.

wait 30 sec ~ 1min

Pour into tea cups.
