SENCHA

The most popular and common tea in Japan.

(main production come from Shizuoka, 

Kagoshima, Mie and Kyoto)

Grown in full sunlight. Steamed, dried and kneaded.

Contains catechin Vitamin C and plenty minerals.

Fresh green taste

 

HOW TO MAKE SENCHA

Pour boiled water into tea cups. (up to 80%)

Put tea leaves into tea pot using 2 to 3g per person.

Once water in tea cups cool to ​90° pour into teapot.

Wait 1minutes.  

Pour evenly bit by bit back and forth from cup to cup.

 

Make sure to pour one last drop into the cup  so that you able to enjoy the second cup as well.
